Passion for Pasta was created with a family intention to produce and sell high quality pasta dishes. Our motive for going into the pasta business was that we felt that what was available on the market was not of a high enough quality. The nutritional values were low and many of them were mixed with fatty products such as mayonnaise and salad dressings. They are far removed from the traditional Mediterranean cuisine. This is why we always use fresh herbs, vegetables, meats, fish and olive oil instead of processed food and therefore retain the nutritional benefits. Our aim is to create delicious pasta salads for people who are passionate about pasta!
