Passion for Pasta is a small company that was created two years ago, and specialises in catering but is now looking to expand in the retail market. We are a family run business that makes delicious pasta using beautiful Artisan hand- made durum wheat. Durum wheat is the only wheat hard enough to achieve an al dente texture during cooking. It also enables the pasta to absorb more of the speciality flavours.

All quality dishes are created in our own Pasta for Passion kitchens. Our extensive array of exquisite pastas range from farfalle cooked with succulent prawns marinated in zesty limejuice to linguine and smoked salmon tossed in a dill and caper sauce.

At Pasta for Passion we believe strongly in the importance of good quality, full flavoured ingredients. Therefore, all our pastas contain fresh, wholesome ingredients with no additives. Try the intense flavour of wild mushrooms, the richness of sun blushed tomatoes or fragrant Parmesan cheese, just a few to whet your appetite and tantalise your taste buds.

We use hand made white and colourful past to create our mouth-watering dishes. Only natural colours are used in the coloured pasta; deep black squid ink, hot pepper red and vivid spinach green. The richness and intensity of the pasta’s vivid colours resemble an artist’s palette, a work of art in its own right.

All our pasta is imported from Italy which is one of the leading countries that exports pasta worldwide.

Our coloured pasta is manufactured in the regions of Puglia and Venice, from some of the finest Pastaficios in the world.
